Jonah Crab has a flavor that is sweet like Dungeness Crab and the delicate texture of Stone Crab. Jonah meat includes leg, salad and combo meat. Leg meat has a cylindrical shape and is a favorite for crab cakes and specialty dishes. It also comes as triple scored claws/arms and cap-off cocktail claws. Cocktail claws are easy eating and favorites for special events.

Red Crab has a similar, but more delicate taste than blue crab and are a healthy, low-fat, high-protein seafood.Red Crab meat includes leg, salad and combo meat. The leg meat has a longer cylindrical shape than Jonah Crab with a distinctive reddish color. Red Crab  also comes as triple scored claws/arms and cap-off cocktail claws.

Both varieties are available year-round and sold both fresh and frozen with a shelf life of 9 days for fresh product and 2 years for frozen product.
