Center Stage located at the back of the exhibit hall is where all the keynotes and culinary demos take place throughout the three day show.
4 dynamic keynotes will be featured – focused on Culinary, Diversity, Beverage, and Business.
There will also be a mix of culinary demos led by leading talent showing off their skills.
And to round it all off on Tuesday, the American Culinary Federation will showcase an Oyster Shucking Competition.
