Bob Wong is the Co-Owner of Kowloon Restaurant in Saugus Mass. Originally established in 1950 as The Mandarin House, able to accommodate 40-50 customers, the Kowloon Restaurant has grown to a capacity of 1200 seats and has become one of the premier multi-concept dining establishments in the United States. The Kowloon has been inducted into the Hospitality Hall of Fame by the Massachusetts Restaurant Association and into the Inventory of Cultural and Historic Resources by the Saugus Historical Commissions. Through its Entertainment Arm, it has been the must stopping place for the careers the likes of; Jerry Seinfeld, Tracy Morgan, Bill Burr, James Gandolfini, Goldie Hawn, Kurt Russell, Forest Whitaker, Anne Hathaway, Jay Giles Band, Rick Springfield, Dwayne Johnson, Hulk Hogan, Johnny Pesky, Luis Tiant, Roger Clements, Jim Rice, Red Auerbach, Tom Heinsohn, Robert Parish, Gino Capellitti, Matt Light, Howie Long, Adam Vinatieri, Vinny Paz, Marvin Haggler and multitudes more.
