Pat Hutchinson currently develops and coordinates hospitality programming at Quinsigamond Community College. She has been recognized for excellence in workforce development by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Restaurant Association, and the Latin American Health Alliance. For 20 years prior, Pat honed her skills in Human Resource Management by recruiting, retaining and developing personnel for expanding operations at Victoria Station Restaurants, Pizzeria Regina Corporation, and Interstate Hotels. Pat combined skills training with contextual knowledge and strong mentoring to meet the personnel demand of these companies. Now, as an educator she advocates the same strategy – skills application to support the contextual knowledge of her hospitality students.
