Ryan Brennan

Ryan Brennan grew up on Martha’s Vineyard where he first developed his love for fishing and cooking. He worked as a server for years and completed a culinary course in high school that has continued his love for food. Ryan went on to attain his Bachelors of Science from Providence College and a Master’s Degree in Crime and Justice from Suffolk University. Ryan has been working in the city of Boston for ABCD since 2016 in the Youth Services Department. He has worked with hundreds of young people helping with career and work readiness and is now the Program Manager for Out of School Youth. He is currently running two programs one of which is called HOPES where he works with justice involved 18-24 year olds, helping in career readiness, and advancement in the restaurant industry. On-top of this Ryan is also the Co-Chair for Massachusetts JDAI (Juvenile Detention Alternative Initiative) which works to keep youth out of the justice system throughout the city of Massachusetts. And yes, he is a huge Boston sports fan, except when it comes to his Buffalo Bills!
