
Samantha Clarke
Samantha Clarke has an extensive background working in the restaurant industry, starting as a vocational education student before graduating and working in family dining as well as banquet function hospitality at various country clubs located in Southeastern Massachusetts. She has 13 years experience as a vocational educator, teaching front of the house and baking to 60 students per year in grades 9 through 12 at Old Colony Regional Vocational High School. In this role, she plays a crucial role in the developing curriculum, supervising students on cooperative education, and integrating ProStart into the culinary program in order to help students develop their knowledge and skills while also designing youth outreach programs in culinary arts in her local community. Clarke holds an Associate's Degree in Applied Science for Baking and Pastry Arts from Bristol Community College and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from New England Culinary Institute. She was named the Massachusetts ProStart Educator of Excellence for 2020 and 2022.
