Todd Angilly

Todd Angilly is The Director of Workforce Development with The Executive Office of Public Safety and Security. He helps to provide vocational training and job readiness and placement to individuals throughout The Department of Corrections and Parole. He also works closely with collaborative agencies such as Probation and Sheriff’s Departments throughout The Commonwealth. Along with working with Returning Citizens, Todd creates and maintains relationships with area employers and agencies who provide employment and services to returning citizens, such as The Massachusetts Restaurant Association, Chamber of Commerce, and other wrap-around services. The vision is to prepare individuals for release while making that transition as seamless as possible by lining up meaningful employment with employers willing to engage and support them.
